MISSION
Founding Director, ROBIN RICHIE
BOSS GIRLS' LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP is a not-for-profit youth leadership development initiative formulated by arts and entertainment executive producer ROBIN RICHIE. Its purpose is to debunk social stereotypes that persist within urban communities towards young girls and women of color. The summit will showcase the intellectual diversity and aptitude of bright, young female teens who desire to share their newfound skill set and knowledge with their peers on a global platform via livestream.

Our spokesmodels and social media correspondents range from ages 9 -18. They will host and interview virtual guests as they discuss topics that are relevant to their specific interests and age groups. This will occur during the livestream coverage of the BOSS GIRL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT.
ROBIN RICHIE
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Robin Richie originally hails from the culturally rich mecca of Sugar Hill, Harlem in New York City. Robin embodies the essence of a modern Renaissance woman with a deeply entrenched understanding of the importance of the preservation of cultural legacy for future generations. She is a highly respected multimedia producer, host, motivational speaker, production director, and celebrated fashion runway coach. Her multifaceted career has spanned for more than 3 decades.
A true humanitarian at heart with tremendous spiritual faith, Robin Richie also uses her extensive experience in the arts and entertainment industry to produce and facilitate creative and educational platforms for urban youth leadership and development in New York City and Northern New Jersey.
In 2021, Robin founded the Boss Girls’ Leadership Bootcamp. As the program’s principal instructor, the girls receive public speaking lessons and fashion runway model coaching at no cost to their families. They will eventually demonstrate the skills they’ve acquired during the Boss Girls’ Leadership Summit as social media correspondents, models and spokesmodels. The purpose for producing the teen leadership summit is to challenge societal myths and stereotypes that persist within urban communities towards young girls and women of color. It will be eventually livestreamed from Miss Richie’s podcast platform.
